am happily married to my husband, Jason, and we both live
in Gainesville, Florida with our dog and three cats, Dax,
Zathrus, Meeko and Ukke. We share many interests, such as
Amtgard, which is a live action role playing game that is

Background
I
work as a Financial Analyst at Regeneration Technologies,
and Jason works in the health care industry. I am an incurable
Anglophile, and escape to the UK whenever I can convince my
husband to go :D
I
was born in Copenhagen, Denmark, and my mother raised me in
Dearborn, Michigan (with the help of my grandparents) till
I was 10. We then moved to Miami, Florida, where I remained
until the age of 26. I moved steadily northward, (about 10
miles at a time!) over the next several years, and now live
here, where I enjoy the company of a great many good friends,
and the peace of the smallest town I've yet lived in.
I
do a lot of arts and crafts, including drawing, painting,
carving, beading, crosstitch, basketmaking, and anything else
I can get into!

Favorites
I
read a lot of science fiction and fantasy books, and
my favorite authors include Anne McCaffrey, Robert A.
Heinlein, Mercedes Lackey, Marion Zimmer Bradley, Katherine
Kurtz, Raymond Feist, Morgan Llewellyn, Diana Gabaldon,
Isaac Asimov, J.R.R. Tolkein, Ellis Peters, Sir Arthur
Conan Doyle, and selected works of Piers Anthony (yes,
he has a couple that aren't for teenagers).
I
love scottish and irish folk music, as well as modern
new age stuff like Enya, Steve McDonald, Clannad, and
Silly Wizard. I'm also a big fan of classic rock, from
the Beatles to Ozzy Osbourne. Don't get me wrong, I
also love powerful classical music (Ride of the Valkyries),
and some jazz, but I draw the line at rap.
